Day After Shooting In Venice

Travelling around can always be a really strong experience. Knowing the unknown, getting away from the routine and the process of creation itself are some of the things that led us both as photographers and as human beings to have this trip in Italy. Our story begins with Petros and Tania getting married and travelling to Venice for their honey moon as well as the Day after shooting. The couple couldn’t live this adventure without us and we felt really honored for that. We created a strongly emotional bonding with the bride and groom during the pre-wedding and wedding moments and subsequently we had a great time all together in one of the most romantic places of the world. We created a strongly emotional bonding with the bride and groom during the pre-wedding and wedding moments and subsequently we had a great time all together in one of the most romantic places of the world.

The Day After shooting was actually a trip from the centre of Venice to a small, picturesque with unique beauty island, Burano. The island is widely known for the lacemaking and for its colourful houses; the colour of each house depends on the family that resides there. For the photoshooting process, we tried to visit places when they were low crowded thus having the shots I had dreamed for. As for the natives, they were so hospitable and pleasant that I would certainly like to relive such an experience not only for work but also with some family and friends.

During work time, we had some rest and fun as well. We tried some delicious pizza, pasta, calzone and of course we tasted cold Italian beers. The weather was good enough and the light helped us a lot in order to have technically proper photos. Most times we got lost among the city streets but in this way you become aware of each and every detail of the place and you may feel like a native yourself. Overall, Destination Weddings is something we as photographers love to do and we hope for even more moments like these.
